Day 3

Mariazell and Maria Taferl

Overnight in the area of Melk

Visit of the most important place of pilgrimage in Austria - the Basilica of Mariazell with its picture of wooden image of the Virgin Mary - with Holy Mass
Continue to Maria Taferl with pilgrimage basilica
Dinner and Overnight

Day 4

Melk, Duernstein and Krems

Overnight in the area of Krems

F + G + H

Visit of the Baroque monastery Melk with its impressive imperial rooms, marble hall and library as well as the collegiate church and the northern bastion
Afterwards boat trip on the Danube to Duernstein
In Krems visit of Kremsmünster, one of the oldest abbeys of central Europe
Dinner and Overnight

Day 5

Journey home or continue your trip

Visit of Goettweig Monastery, founded in 1083 by St. Altmann, bishop of Passau and was added to the UNESCO WorldHeritage List in 2001
